Pandering to bullies never ends well.. time to stand up to Trump

DONALD Trump is back in the White House, a year this week and he seems hell bent on causing uproar and chaos.

Russia used to be America’s No1 enemy but not any more - we Europeans are the bad guys now.

The Trump regime is out to destroy Europe in every way it can from expensive trade tariffs to stealing Greenland for its valuable minerals.

Tt wants Russia to win the war in Ukraine and is doing everything it can in a discreet way to make that happen.

He has no time for us, he doesn't respect us and his top priority is to break up the EU as we know it so it is no longer a power in the world.

Trump and JD Vance despise Europe, our wealth, our liberalism, our whole way of life.

They know our citizens have a better education and health service than the people of the US. They also resent our whole social welfare system where we help those in need.

I spend a lot of time in the USA and I love the country and the people.

It breaks my heart to see the antics of the bully in the White House. They are an autocratic administration in everything but name and Trump is just a few short steps away from being a dictator.

It is hard to sit back and watch a lifelong friend betray you and stab you in the back but that is what is happening right now.
