My husband's new weight loss plan is triggering for me

I'm really struggling in my relationship at the moment because my partner is on a diet and it’s giving me loads of complicated feelings, as I had anorexia for a few years when I was a teenager.Thankfully, I've been OK for a long time (I'm 31 now), but it never leaves you completely and my partner being so controlled around food portions and calories is really triggering. He knows all about my history of course, but anorexia has never been an issue for me since we've been together, so maybe he’s just not thought about how his current behaviour around food is making me feel.
