Missing boy review report could take year

A REPORT by the National Review Panel about the disappearance and presumed death of a young boy could take up to a year to complete.
Children's Minister Norma Foley said she asked the panel to extend their review not just of Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, but of any other State organisation which may have had contact with the boy, who has not been seen for four years.
Dr Helen Buckley, who chairs the National Review Panel, told RTE Radio One yesterday: "It can take up to a year to complete a full review. It's quite difficult. There are often hitches and delays.
