Man arrested over cyclist 'hit-and-run'

A MAN has been arrested as gardai investigate an alleged hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of an elderly cyclist.
The incident happened on September 12 in Batterstown, Ballivor, Co Meath. Ned McLoughlin, who was in his 80s, was found unresponsive and later pronounced
