Kyran vigil turnout 'very disappointing'

THE turnout for a vigil for missing Kyran Durnin at the weekend was described as “disappointing” after fewer than two dozen people showed up.

The vigil took place in the centre of Dundalk, Co Louth, on Saturday evening to mark the anniversary of when Kyran was reported missing.

A minute's silence was held at the Square in Dundalk where Kyran had gone to school.
