Concern over rent increase due to reforms

A LEADING housing charity has warned that tenants may face significantly higher rents within the next three to four years as the Government's new rental reforms come into effect next month.

The measures were initially proposed in June of last year, and at the end of January, the most up-to-date draft of the Bill was approved by the Cabinet.
