Builder accused of chainsaw damage on extension roof

THIS is the builder who allegedly used a chainsaw to cause "significant damage" to an extension he built after he claimed he was not paid for his work.

Dominic D'Arcy, 32, is alleged to have acted after a threat to tear the roof off the extension if he did not receive the money within half an hour.

D'Arcy appeared again before Swords District Court yesterday, accused of causing criminal damage to a house in Abbeyvale Way in Swords, North Co Dublin, on August 9.
