Trump outrage at shooting of two soldiers in US capital

DONALD Trump demanded all Afghan refugees who entered the US under the Joe Biden administration should be "reexamined" after the shooting of two National Guard troops.

The President was incensed by the “targeted” attack - allegedly by a 29-year-old Afghan man -in Washington, DC on Wednesday.

He said: "This was a heinous assault and an act of evil, an act of hatred and an act of terror.

"It was a crime against our entire nation. It was a crime against humanity."

The two soldiers - Sarah Beckstrom, 20, and Andrew Wolfe, 24 - remain in a critical condition.
