Adolescence writer Jack Thorne says there will be no second series.
-
The four-part Netflix series — which stars Stephen Graham, right, Ashley Walters, Erin Doherty and Owen Cooper — has been a huge hit, with more than 6.5 million viewers tuning in.
It tells the story of 13-year-old Jamie Miller (Owen) who is arrested on suspicion of murdering classmate Katie Leonard. Jack does not think a second series would add anything.
