Evidence in US rape retrial of Irish firefighter
THE DNA of an Irish firefighter was not confirmed to be present on any of the samples obtained from the woman who accused him of rape, a court heard.
Specialists testified yesterday in the retrial of Terence Crosbie, 39, and explained the process of establishing possible contributors of genetic material.
Former Boston Police crime lab worker Jennifer Ozog testified that on March 16 last year, an evidence collection kit was submitted from a hospital, containing evidence from the alleged victim.
