A HULL couple are hoping for double celebrations on Saturday - with their wedding day set to coincide with the Challenge Cup final.

Wendy Burdick and Colin Greenwood are tying the knot on the same day their beloved Hull KR take on Warrington Wolves at Wembley. The couple had booked their wedding before the Challenge Cup final date was confirmed.
They missed the 2023 Challenge Cup final against Leigh due to a holiday, while Colin attended the famous 1980 10-5 victory over rivals Hull FC - Rovers' only Challenge Cup victory to date.
