HULL City Council has appointed contractor Mason Clark Associates to progress investigations into the future of a riverside walkway.
The River Hull Walkway (boardwalk) is an ageing structure, historically used to carry pedestrians over the west bank of the River Hull, between Myton Bridge and Drypool Bridge. Following a routine inspection in July 2021, the structure was found to be in a very poor condition, and due to concerns for public safety, the walkway was partially closed.
