Super-computer makes its predictions on Tigers’ prospects

November 13, 2025

|

Hull Daily Mail

HULL City moved fifth in the Championship with a 3-2 win over Portsmouth, which brought an end to the final spell of games before the international break.

Under Sergej Jakirovic, the Tigers have snaffled up 25 points from their opening 15 games and are nestled inside the Championship's top six, surprising many with their encouraging opening.

Despite City’s impressive start to the season, few outside of East Yorkshire give the Tigers hope of maintaining their form as the season wears on, despite the growing confidence amongst Tigers fans who are daring to dream that this could be their year.

According to the latest supercomputer predictions, City will miss out on the top six and finish 11th with 66 points, nine off a playoff place.
