Rhinos' blow as Smith suffers season-ending back problem

LEEDS Rhinos co-captain Cameron Smith has been ruled out for the remainder of the season. The loose forward has been absent since July with an unspecified injury.
-
However, head coach Brad Arthur has now confirmed that Smith has a bulging disc in his back.
The injury will keep Smith out for the rest of 2025, with the player having a frustrating season due to injuries. He also copped an ankle injury earlier in the year and has been limited to 12 appearances this term.
