Play-off battle for Hull and Wakefield with six games left to secure a top six spot

FIVE of Super League's playoff places are all but sealed, with Hull KR, Wigan Warriors, Leigh Leopards, Leeds Rhinos, and St Helens all set to compete in the top six series.

However, the race for the final playoff spot is heating up, with Hull FC and Wakefield Trinity going toe to toe for sixth place.

The two sides have exchanged that final spot in the table for the last few weeks, with the battle set to continue into the final six rounds. And while it's Hull who hold sixth spot right now - one point clear of Wakefield - nothing can be taken for granted in Super League these days, especially given an interesting fixture list.

And after one glance at that list, it's fair to suggest Wakefield have the easiest run-in.
