I aim to have positive influence on FC team

Hull FC's Will Pryce

(ALLAN MCKENZIE/ SWPIX.COM)

Will Pryce is closing in on a full return from injury, with the Hull FC fullback declaring he is 100 percent recovered from the broken foot that ended his season early.

The 22-year-old broke his foot for the third time of his career against Leigh Leopards in August, just two games after returning from a hamstring injury that had kept him out for 10 weeks.

To say it was a tough time for a player who puts passion and heart into everything he does is an understatement, but now he's ready to enter full training once again.

The goal is simple: earn his keep, with the player moving to the city of Hull this autumn and eager to get to grips with preseason and build into a new campaign.

“The body’s feeling good and I’m back into the swing of things now,” Pryce told the Mail. “I had a nice six-week break. I got away and cleared the head space a bit and get back to enjoying training again.

“It was a long season, a stressful one, with injuries and stuff, but my foot is back to 100 percent health. I've had the all-clear and I’m back in with the full team.

“I'm also living in Hull now. I've moved over, so there’s no long commute (from Bradford) anymore. I'm enjoying being back into the swing of things.
