Chopstix looks to open its first Hull noodle bar

POPULAR PAN-ASIAN CHAIN HAS SUBMITTED PLANS FOR CITY SITE

POPULAR noodle bar Chopstix has submitted plans to open its first outlet in Hull.

The pan-Asian chain already has more than 100 sites across the UK with more seemingly popping up all the time. Despite there being locations in nearby cities such as Leeds and Lincoln, Hull has so far remained Chopstix-less.

The application sets out the brand’s ambitions of opening a site at the corner of King Edward Street and Jameson Street, in between McDonald’s and Three.

The site, which currently sits empty, was previously occupied by T-Mobile, then subsequently EE following T-Mobile’s merger with Orange UK in the early 2010s.
