KILLERS AND RAPISTS AMONG SOME OF HULL'S WORST CRIMINALS

- By MARK NAYLOR

THE shocking case of identical twins who confronted and killed a man in his own home over a bad-tempered drugs argument was among the large list of serious cases dealt with in court early this year.

A callous murderer who viciously stabbed his terrified girlfriend in a violent street attack was also among the many horrific court cases that have been featured.

He left the woman's family heartbroken after he brutally killed her over his unfounded suspicions that she had been cheating on him.

Other criminals jailed since the start of the year include a "monster" couple who raped and abused a young girl while filming the attacks.

There was also a grinning 16-year-old murderer, who stabbed a man in a frenzied attack and then sang a mocking rap song to boast about the killing. These are some of the serious cases dealt with at Hull Crown Court and, in some cases, Grimsby Crown Court, during the first six months of the year.

Twins killed man after claiming that he "ripped them off" over drugs sale

Two identical twins were jailed after they were convicted of the brutal manslaughter of "much loved" and "idolised" father-of-nine Shane Boxall in his own home. Kailum Nightingale, right and Kieran Nightingale, left confronted him after they were apparently "ripped off" by him when they went to his home to buy drugs.

Kailum Nightingale was jailed for 10 years - because he lashed out with the fatal punch - and Kieran Nightingale was locked up nine years.

"Narcissist" predator left four women devastated after a series of violent and sexual assaults

Violent bully Tyevon Bean targeted and "preyed on" four vulnerable women - leaving them suffering trauma and nightmares - during a series of predatory attacks. Serial criminal and "narcissist" Bean had "very badly affected all of them" and he had caused serious emotional harm to the women through his nasty, sadistic and "manipulative" behaviour towards them.
