RESIDENTS in Holyhead now have more flexibility to access free, one-to-one careers guidance, after Careers Wales extended opening hours at the town’s careers centre.

Careers Wales's Working Wales service supports people at every stage of their working life, whether they are searching for a first job, considering an apprenticeship, switching career or dealing with redundancy. Advisers provide tailored guidance to help residents build confidence, identify strengths and move towards employment or training.

By expanding hours to include Monday appointments, Careers Wales aims to remove barriers to advice at a time when flexibility matters for households managing shifts, caring responsibilities and travel. For Holyhead’s jobseekers and career changers, the latest timetable offers additional slots to secure personalised guidance and build momentum towards work or training.
