STUDENTS WERE WATCHING THE INDIA-NEW ZEALAND MATCH ON THEIR PHONES. IT IS NOT KNOWN YET IF WATCHING THE CRICKET MATCH HAD ANY LINK TO THE KILLING.
AGRA: A B Tech student was stabbed to death following an alleged brawl between two groups at a secluded spot in the Awas Vikas Colony area of Agra on Sunday night, the police said on Monday.
Deputy commissioner of police (DCP), City, Sonam Kumar said two groups of students were present on JCB ground at the Awas Vikas Colony on Sunday night.
The students were watching the India-New Zealand Champions Trophy final on their mobile phones, the police added. It is not known yet if watching the cricket match had any link to the killing.
