LUCKNOW: A member of pro-Khalistan terror outfit Babbar Khalsa International with suspected links to Pakistan's ISI was arrested from Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, police said, adding the suspect was allegedly planning to carry out a terror attack during the recently concluded Maha Kumbh.
