Cong legislators, state leaders to meet Rahul amid infighting

Congress legislators, along with the top office-bearers of the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC), will meet the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and prominent party leader Rahul Gandhi on July 14 to deliberate on organisational issues, people aware of the development said on Saturday.
Besides the 16 party legislators, Jharkhand Congress in-charge K Raju and state unit chief Keshav Mahto Kamlesh will also be present at the meeting, party insiders said. This will be the second meeting of the Congress Legislature Party with former president Rahul Gandhi since November 2024, when the INDIA bloc formed the government in the state, and the first meeting with the senior leader after Raju was appointed AICC in-charge in February this year.
