Inter-state liquor smuggling racket busted in Purnia

In a major breakthrough, police in Bihar's Purnia claimed to have busted an inter-state liquor smuggling racket and seized over 7000 litres of Indian-Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and arrested two persons.
PURNIA:
Much to the shock of police, the liquor was manufactured in Arunachal Pradesh, being smuggled in the truck of Chhattisgarh with the additional number plate of Rajasthan and the arrested driver and cleaner were residents of UP.
The consignment was to be delivered to a man in Bihar's Darbhanga while caught in Purnia.
