Is it actor Daniel Radcliffe or is it not? Social media users, especially Potterheads, were left scratching their heads in confusion on Monday, after an Instagram video showed a man resembling the British actor at the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh).
