Noida Seeks EOW Probe Against Realtor for Misusing Buyer Fund

The Noida authority has complained to the economic offences wing (EOW), seeking probes against promoters of two housing projects, one located in Sector 100 and the other in Sector 110.
NOIDA:
The complaints were filed after the Noida authority realised that after collecting funds from homebuyers, the promoters misused the same without bothering to clear their land dues with the authority, said officials.
"We have filed a complaint because the promoters have neither paid the dues nor completed the housing projects leaving homebuyers to suffer," said Lokesh M, chief executive officer, Noida authority.
These projects are partially completed and a few homebuyers are living in them. Some towers are yet to be built and delivered, said officials.
