Congress MLAs of Haryana on Wednesday demanded that the party brass must constitute the Congress Legislative Party (CLP) as the budget session of the state assembly will start this week.

NEW DELHI: The Congress high command has so far not constituted any CLP nor has it appointed the Leader of Opposition.
