A man in Uttar Pradesh’s Siddharthnagar allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl and recorded a video of the crime, following which eight other men also repeatedly sexually exploited the minor for the last seven months by blackmailing her, police said on Sunday, adding eight accused have been arrested.
