Panel Rules Against LDA As Officials Remain No-Show

Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) lost a property-related consumer dispute after its officials failed to appear before the commission, prompting vice chairman Prathamesh Kumar to suspend a junior clerk and issue a show-cause notice on deputy secretary Atul Krishna Singh of the Gomti Nagar Property Section, LDA said in a note.
LUCKNOW:
LDA Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma said the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-2 passed an ex-parte order on April 15, 2025, in favour of complainant Mohd. Naseem.
