SC Upholds 3-Yr Jail Term for MLA Meena

The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld BJP MLA Kanwarlal Meena's three-year jail term for threatening an official at gunpoint and asked him to surrender in two weeks.
JAIPUR:
While hearing a special leave petition by Meena against a Rajasthan high court order upholding a trial court order convicting Meena, a three-judge bench of Justice Vikram Nath, Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Sandeep Mehta upheld the Rajasthan high court order.
