American athlete Natalie Grabow from New Jersey has made history as the oldest woman to complete the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
She finished the gruelling 3.8 km ocean swim, a 180 km bike ride, and a full 42 km marathon run in 16 hours, 45 minutes, clinching the title in the F80-84 age group, at the ripe old age of 80.
