Air Remains 'Poor' For Second Day In Capital

Northwesterly and westerly winds led to a slight improvement in Delhi's pollution levels, which remained in the "poor" category for a second day running.
NEW DELHI: The Capital also recorded a relatively warmer day, with both the maximum and minimum above the average for this time of the year, India Meteorological Department (IMD) data revealed.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) daily national bulletin, Delhi's air quality index (AQI) reading at 4 pm was 255—a notable improvement from the 289 recorded the previous day.
