Traffic restrictions in CR Park due to VVIP movement today

Authorities in Delhi have announced sweeping traffic restrictions in and around Chittaranjan Park (CR Park) on Tuesday evening, citing “VVIP movement” during the peak of Durga Puja festivities.
Officials said the measures are likely linked to visits at the iconic Kali Mandir, one of south Delhi's busiest puja venues.
According to officials familiar with the matter, the cordon will begin around 6.30pm and remain for about an hour. “There will be minor inconvenience from 6-7pm as vehicles won't be allowed to ply the same route,” said a senior officer.
