Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma disclosed on Monday that contents of the special investigation team (SIT) report on Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi’s alleged links with Pakistan, which was submitted to the state government last month, are very damning and damaging.
The report was handed over to Sarma on September 10, but its details are yet to be made public. “We had some informal discussion on the SIT report at the cabinet meeting ‘on Monday.
