Goa CM rolls back min's order to suspend doctor at govt hospital

A day after a senior doctor of Goa Medical College and Hospital's (GMCH) was suspended by state health minister Vishwajit Rane, Goa chief minister Pramod Sawant withdrew the decision on Sunday.
PANAJI:
GMCH chief medical officer of the casualty ward Dr Rudresh Kuttikar drew Rane's ire for allegedly not administering an injection of Vitamin B12 to the mother of a journalist on Saturday. He asked the woman to head to a primary health centre for the injection, following which the journalist called the minister, officials aware of the matter said.
