After weeks of campaigning for the Delhi assembly elections, the period of pre-poll silence kicked in on Monday evening.
NEW DELHI: On Tuesday—the eve of the elections—Congress leaders congregated at the party's war room, which was abuzz with multiple calls and complaints from candidates and their team members.
The Congress has deployed around 10,000 polling agents across the city's 70 assembly seats, and has identified 8-10 booths in every assembly segment where they are keeping a strict vigil.
