Bail Plea of Bishnoi-Linked Assault Accused Rejected

A local court has rejected the regular bail application of Ravinder Kali alias Rajpoot in connection with a violent 2014 attack on the owner of the Dark Knight cafe in Morni Road.

PANCHKULA:
The accused faces multiple charges, including attempted murder and offences under the Arms Act. The case has gained notoriety due to the alleged involvement of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in orchestrating the crime. The case was registered in September 2014 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 452, and 427 of the IPC, and Section 25 of the Arms Act at the Chandimandir police station.
