Examination finds chilli powder in child's diaper, worker booked under sections 118 of BNS and provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act
BENGALURU: An anganwadi worker in Ramanagara district was suspended for allegedly torturing a two-and-a-half-year-old boy, officials said on Friday.
According to police, the incident took place at the anganwadi centre in the Kanakapura taluk on Tuesday. The accused, identified as B N Chandramma (43) allegedly tortured the child by applying chili powder inside his diaper.
