1 Among 2 Held For Espionage Connected To Expelled Pak Mission Staffer

The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) on Thursday arrested two men on charges of espionage for allegedly sharing sensitive information to Pakistani operatives, officials said, adding that one of the two accused is linked to an expelled Pakistan High Commission staffer.
LUCKNOW:
The Uttar Pradesh ATS, in a press release, said it has arrested Mohd Harun (45) from Seelampur in Delhi and Tufail Maqsood (34) from Jaitpura in Varanasi. Separate first information reports (FIRs) have registered the accused under sections 148 (conspiracy to wage war against the country) and 152 (act endangering sovereignty, unity and integrity of India).
