T'S all change at Devon County Council following the latest local elections, with the Liberal Democrats now the largest party by some margin and the Greens doubling their number of councillors.
-
But the story of this poll was the rise of Reform UK, from out of obscurity to the second largest party on the council, and conversely, the continuing headlong rush of the Conservative Party into political oblivion.
