Convicted drug dealer has another £10k confiscated after investigation
June 25, 2025
|Herald Express
A DRUG dealer from Torquay who was jailed for six years has been ordered to pay a further £10,000 of his ill-gotten gains.
Builder Steven Loveridge previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply drugs after Devon and Cornwall Police discovered a huge cannabis plantation in an underground bunker on his land in Shaldon.
After having initially had £33,600 of cash confiscated, it was discovered that he had new assets of £10,000 which will be now taken from him.
Loveridge’s large-scale criminal enterprise started on a plot of land he bought in 2009. He built a cannabis farm which could only be accessed by stairs hidden in a shipping container.
