Constant vandalism results in closure of popular e-bike hub

A POPULAR e-bike hub in Totnes has been dismantled after ongoing vandalism made it unsustainable to maintain, prompting calls for public feedback on a possible new location.

South Hams District Council (SHDC) confirmed the removal of the Catbike e-bike station at Weston Lane in Bridgetown, following what it described as repeated incidents of vandalism. It is a blow to local efforts aimed at encouraging more sustainable transport options across the area.
