Parents welcome newborns, express joy on Eid Al Fitr day

The Eid Al Fitr is an important festival at the end of the month-long fasting.

Muslims celebrate the occasion with great religious and cultural zeal.

Indian expat in Dubai Janarthanan Palanisamy and his wife Nithya Krishnamy were blessed with a baby girl through a normal delivery at Aster Hospital Al Quasis as the clock struck at 12am.

Sharing their happiness, the parents said, “We are overwhelmed with joy to welcome our baby girl on this special day Al Fitr - a moment that makes this day even more unforgettable for our family. We extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible doctors and medical team at Aster Hospital Al Qusais for their exceptional care and dedication. This is a truly blessed and memorable start to our journey as parents.” An expat couple from Philippines and resident of Dubai, Renel Jay Rebea and Glydel Atienza, welcomed a baby boy to their family at around 2:29am at Aster Hospital Al Mankhool.
