Increase in temperature expected today: NCM

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicted a gradual and slight rise in temperatures on Wednesday, due to the influence of a weak surface low-pressure system extending from the east and a surface high-pressure system from the west, accompanied by an upper-air high-pressure system.
The NCM expects Wednesday's weather to be clear to partly cloudy, with clouds forming over eastern areas, possibly becoming convective in the afternoon and temperatures will gradually rise slightly. It will be humid during the night and early on Thursday morning over some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of fog or light fog formation, the NCM added.
