EDE committed to protecting health of children

Dr. Fatima Al Kaabi, Director-General of the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE), stressed that the Establishment is committed to ensuring the highest safety standards for medicines intended for children in the UAE's domestic market.

In a statement marking Emirati Children’s Day, Dr Fatima Al Kaabi said the occasion, observed annually on 15 March, provides an opportunity to reaffirm the EDE's commitment to protecting children’s health and strengthening the quality of healthcare delivered to them through an integrated pharmaceutical and regulatory system.
