BHM doubles total share capital to Dhs400 million

BHM Capital Financial Services, a private joint-stock company and a leading financial institution in the UAE capital markets, announced the completion of its Dhs200 million capital increase through the issuance of new shares to its existing shareholders, bringing the total share capital to Dhs400 million. The subscription witnessed a strong demand from eligible shareholders, and subscription requests exceeded the number of offered shares.
This capital increase follows the resolution of the General Assembly held on 21 April 2025, which unanimously approved raising the company’s capital from Dhs200 million to Dhs400 million through the issuance of 200 million new shares at a nominal value of Dhsl per share.
