Provisions of conciliation law in Dubai amended

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, issued Law No (9) of 2025, amending certain provisions of Law No (18) of 2021 concerning the regulation of conciliation frameworks for the settlement of disputes within the emirate.
The amendment replaces 10 articles of the original law and is part of efforts to modernise Dubai’s legal apparatus while offering the highest levels of efficiency and services to residents.
