Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has approved the disbursement of the third housing benefits package of 2025 for Emiratis.

The new package was approved following the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and is valued at Dh4 billion, benefiting 3,310 Emiratis. The package includes housing loans worth Dh2.27 billion, benefiting 1,768 citizens, along with the provision of housing grants and ready-built homes valued at Dh1.51 billion.
