FOR many, Stonehenge is a symbol of mystery and ancient ritual.

Storytelling with Stonehenge Livvi's exhibition explores links with spaces

For photographer and PR professional Livvi Grant, it’s also a subject—one that has shaped her debut exhibition Between Sun and Stone, now open in Stroud.

The Somerset-based creative, who co-founded Daffodil PR with her mother in 2018, has worked in communications for more than a decade. Photography, she says, evolved naturally alongside that work.

"Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do," Livvi explains. "Photography became another way to connect with people and document the moments that matter."

Her exhibition, hosted at Rough Hands Coffee as part of the NeoAncients Festival, presents a series of photographs taken during seasonal gatherings at Stonehenge. It reflects her long-standing interest in place, ritual, and the quieter aspects of human connection.

Livvi's interest in photography spans over 15 years, but it was the lockdown period that prompted her to take it more seriously. With work on pause and the world slowed down, she returned to the camera as a way to observe the landscape around her.

"I found comfort in being outside and noticing the small changes—light, atmosphere, human presence," she says.
