The Nedbank Gravel Burn is heating up in the Karoo as 500 riders battle it out to be the first winner of the inaugural event.

This seven-day 800km solo gravel stage race, which started in Knysna on Sunday 26 October, will take riders on an unforgettable journey to the Eastern Cape before crossing the finish line at Shamwari Private Game Reserve on Saturday 1 November.
Swiss rider Simon Pellaud (Tudor Pro Cycling) finally claimed the victory he had been chasing since the start of the race, powering to a dramatic win on stage 3 from Graaff-Reinet to Blaauwater Farm in the Eastern Cape on Tuesday 28 October.
