Tech, transparency in focus at GST event

As India approaches the eighth anniversary of the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on July 1, 2017, the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Jaipur Zone has launched a two-week-long GST Fortnight across Rajasthan.
The initiative, running until June 30, commenced with a GST Conclave held in Jaipur on Monday. The event aimed to dispel misconceptions about the GST law among taxpayers and gather suggestions for further reforms.
